Ken's wife sent the photo above along with this explanation:

"Someone donated the press to the Art Gallery he belongs to. It had been in the back along time. It was missing parts so it was never used. Ken bought it and paid to have a gear made. He moved it with a crane he owns because it's very heavy. We have other photos if you need them. Ken lives in Union City, CA. 94587.
