Gordon platen press & the 3x5 Kelsey Excelsior have been donated to the .918 Club of Lancaster, PA The type case rack will be used as parts for a restoration at The Excelsior Press The typewriters have been donated to the Printing Museum in Boston. All that is left is Mr. Premako's 1946 NCR Cash Register - available for $650

1870's "Franklin" style G.P. Gordon Platen Press

Susan's father was primarily a photographer, but did his own printing as well as some work on the side. He began printing with this press in 1948.
George Phineas Gordon built it circa 1870-1890

This press is in very good condition and needs only some cleaning and oiling and optimally, a treadle instead of the single-speed motor.
